Join Our Team as a Tech Recruitment Consultant - Master the Network, Drive Delivery, and Focus on Talent

We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Consultant specializing in ICT freelancers and contractors. In this key role, you will be a trusted partner to our clients, enabling them to scale rapidly while you take ownership of Benelux freelance ecosystem.

This is a 180° role: focused entirely on talent sourcing, networking, and delivery no Business Development required.

Key responsibilities

• Building the Elite: Developing and managing a "gold-standard" network of ICT freelancers across software development, cloud, cyber, and infrastructure.
• Precision Sourcing: Identifying top-tier tech contractors across Benelux region to meet urgent project demands.
• Technical Vetting: Assessing technical capability and project fit to ensure a perfect match every time.
• Agile Delivery: Partnering with client teams to deliver high-quality candidates with speed and accuracy.
• Market Intelligence: Providing deep insights into technology trends, skills availability, and contractor market rates.

Required skills and competence

• The Expert: Proven experience in ICT or technology recruitment (Contract/Freelance experience is a major plus).
• The Hunter: A strong existing freelancer network or a demonstrated "black belt" capability in sourcing.
• The Connector: A genuine passion for building long-term talent relationships and a "delivery-first" mindset.
• The Linguist: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a plus, highly desirable to navigate Benelux landscape.
