Customer Support Data

When you visit our website, our third-party chat platform collects information such as the geographical area you are accessing the website from and your browser name. This information is not personally identifiable — it cannot be traced back to you.

We use this information to help us make business decisions regarding how to chat with you. For example: identifying the kind of service you want, and the kind of service provider to assign to you.

Business Intelligence: Anonymized geographical information helps us understand in which cities and districts people are interested in our professional services. Based on such data, we make marketing and business development decisions. For example, if we see a substantial number of visitors from a particular city where our marketplace services are not yet available, we will allocate additional resources to prepare for launch in that new market.
🔐

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

As an online marketplace helping you find digital services for your needs, we naturally need to collect personally identifiable information (PII) — information which can be traced to you. Personally identifiable information is only collected when you:

  • Place a service order through our platform
  • Use the contact form available on our website

We do not collect PII through passive browsing or analytics alone.

📝

Data Collected After Placing an Order

In order to match you with an independent professional service provider, we need to collect the following information through our order form:

  • Full Name
  • Company Name (if you are a business customer)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address of the property where the professional service should take place
  • Property size (used to estimate the time necessary for service)
  • Comments — any information provided by you in the comments section
Data Sharing with Providers: The information listed above is shared with the professional service provider once they accept the order. This is the minimum viable information we — and the independent professional service providers we work with — need to know to be able to service your order.

In addition to the data collected above, our professional service provider shall serve you an invoice that includes your billing address, delivered to you in person or to your email.

🤝

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to third parties or any other body "for-profit." Your PII is only shared with our Service Providers to deliver the service you booked — and only when it is necessary to facilitate the delivery of your services.

These Service Providers are officially documented as part of our team or partner with a Luxembourg or EU Work Permit or Business Permit to deliver quality value to you.

SmartTeller Partnership: We also provide access to our secured 2FA-authenticated Dashboard to our Official Marketing Partner and Tech Support Partner "SmartTeller" (a Nigerian Registered Company) to support LuxService with tech support and business marketing remotely. They share marketing resources, social media content, and discounts offered by LuxService through the LuxService Platform, within the LuxService Cloud Server, social accounts, and through LuxService email.

SmartTeller only accesses your data through our dashboard — they do not download or share your personal information with third parties and are guided by a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) Contract. This partner is officially documented as our partner to deliver quality value to you, and their activity is fully monitored by LuxService.

Debt Collection: In addition to the cases named above, we reserve the right to share your information with collection agencies and credit report bureaus (e.g. SCHUFA, Law Enforcement) if you default on payment to a service provider hired using our platform. Before sharing the information with such third parties, we will send you a notice to your email address.

Deleting Your Data

Your personally identifiable information can always be deleted at your request. You can delete it yourself directly on the app.

We may also store your information for accounting purposes, or for "know your customer" regulations relevant to financial transactions with our Service Providing Partners.

If you request us to delete information which we are legally required to keep for a certain period of time, such information will be deleted as soon as we are legally able to do so.
